Our Capabilities
We are a fully functional machine shop with over 17,800 sq ft. We have various machines and options to meet your manufacturing needs. We have a small team and are very flexible and tailored to the specific job at hand.
Milling
2 Large CNC 4 axis mills allow us to machine parts to tight tolerances. Our largest vertical CNC mill has and 94″ bed.
Turning
CNC Programmable horizontal lathe. Vertical Turret Lathe for large heavy parts.
Induction Brazing
Phos-free brazing done by induction with custom designed coils for your need. We also offer brazing inspections.
Welding
Certified welding to AWS standards. MIG and TIG for Steel, Aluminum, and Stainless.
3D Printing
Printing capabilities multi material including PLA, Nylon, PPS GF20, etc.
Sand Blasting
Sand blasting finish booth. Also have large setup for large scale applications.
3D Scanner
Reverse engineering and part assembly verification capabilites. High quality large scale 3D scanning into CAD models with dimensions.
